Seabourn Quest has emerged from drydock after undergoing what the cruise line says is the most comprehensive interior update in its history.

The ship is now refreshed and ready to sail into New Zealand in 2027, it adds. The drydock included enhancements across the ship’s suites, public spaces, dining venues and the spa, with the goal of creating a more relaxed and refined onboard experience.
Alex Pikardt, Seabourn’s senior director of sales for Australia and New Zealand, says the upgrades build on the intimate, personalised experience Seabourn Quest is known for and are ‘a beautifully updated product to showcase to clients seeking a more refined and relaxed style of luxury travel.’
The Club now features a rede signed layout with a ‘sophisticated speakeasy-inspired ambiance’, while Seabourn Square and The Observation Bar have been refreshed, alongside The Colonnade and The Restaurant. The Spa was enhanced with all new gym equipment and an updated salon, while suites across all categories have new mattresses and carpeting.
. . . Cruises
Pikardt says Seabourn continues to see strong interest from Kiwi travellers in Seabourn Quest and the immersive itineraries she offers, particularly as guests seek more intimate, luxury travel experiences.
These itineraries include her current Mediterranean season, as well as the following 2027 World Cruise: Australia & South Pacific Panorama, which Pikardt says includes 11 ports of call in New Zealand including Seabourn’s maiden visit to Whangārei.
. . . Deals
The cruise line currently has up to 15% off select summer ocean and expedition voyages, as well as up to USD1000 in shipboard credit per suite on select winter voyages, for sales to 07 Jul. See more HERE.
