The continued demand for experiential luxury, Europe, and rail journeys has Abercrombie & Kent expanding its 2027 portfolio of small group journeys.
The nine new itineraries cover Alaska and Southern Africa, Armenia, Georgia, Albania and North Macedonia, as well as returning favourites such as Italy, the Alps, Poland and a new Malaysia luxury rail trip.
“For 2027, to meet the continued demand for Europe, we are looking beyond the expected with itineraries in less-explored regions such as Eastern Europe, while reimagining how guests experience perennial favourites like Italy through deeper access and more thoughtful pacing,” says Suzanne Teng, A&K global group product director.
“We are also seeing rising demand for experiential luxury, from the renewed appeal of rail journeys to a growing desire for immersive nature experiences in stunning settings like Alaska or Southern Africa.”
Each Small Group Journey itinerary is lead by A&K resident tour directors and expert local guides and take an average of 14 guests.

The 12-day The Alps to the Adriatic takes guests from Munich and Salzburg through Tyrol and the Dolomites, ending in Trieste.
A guided foodie walking tour, prosecco in the Treviso hills and a wellness-focused trek through the alpine foothills with alpacas is included.
The trip is priced from AUD24,485pp for various 2027 travel dates. Food, wine, nature, marine life and wildlife are a part of the 11-day Ultimate South Africa Adventure, including a three-night stay at Grootbos Forest Lodge, and two days on game drives in the MalMala Game Reserve.
The tour is priced from AUD24,285pp for a 04 Jun 2027 departure. The 11-day Cultural Landscapes of Albania and North Macedonia is priced from AUD10,705pp for various 2027 dates. Guests will explore mountain vistas, beaches on the turquoise Adriatic and enjoy Balkan cuisine, while tracing the legacy of the Ottoman Empire. See HERE.
