Celebrity Cruises will sail back to Australia and New Zealand for the 2028/29 season, as it announces that Celebrity Edge and Celebrity Solstice will return to the Southern Hemisphere.
The two ships will offer a combined 23 voyages ex Sydney and Auckland, with options from four to 14 nights, taking in ports across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.
. . . Asia
As Asia continues to trend with Kiwis, Celebrity Solstice will sail a full season in Japan Apr-Oct while Celebrity Millennium will offer Asia spring and autumn sailings. Both ships will make winter sailings through Southeast Asia, taking in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and China.
. . . Alaska
There will be three ships sailing in Alaska, with itineraries including seven-night open-jaw sailings between Vancouver and Seward. There’s Hawai’i voyages too, including new round-trip sailings ex Los Angeles.
From America the cruise line will operate Bermuda voyages ex Cape Liberty and fall cruises in Canada and New England ex Boston. Further south it has South America and Antarctica itineraries from 12 to 16 nights, including a 16-night sailing in Antarctica over New Year’s.
. . . Europe
The 2028/29 season will feature what the line says it its most extensive Northern Europe program to date. Celebrity Beyond will offer cruises ex Southampton to Norway, Iceland, and throughout Scandinavia, while Celebrity Apex will sail Scandinavia and the British Isles.
Celebrity Xcel, Celebrity Ascent, and Celebrity Eclipse will be in the Mediterranean, and Celebrity Infinity will again offer year-round sailings in Europe, including Celebrity’s first Egypt sailings since 2023, as well as off-season sailings to the Canary Islands, Portugal and Morocco.
The Japanese voyages are on sale now and Europe, Bermuda, Canada and New England voyages will go on sale 25 Aug, followed by Alaska, Hawaii and South America on 01 Sep and Australia and winter Asia on 29 Sep. Details on Caribbean and 2029 Galapagos voyages are to come. See more HERE.
