APT Luxury Travel has released its South America program for 2027/28, offering small group itineraries exploring Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Peru as well as Antarctica.
The new program includes travel over land as well as via rail, river and ocean. APT’s South America and Antarctica product manager Kelly D’Aucourt says it focuses on bringing together the region’s standout experiences in a way that is ‘enriching and unforgettable’.

Highlights include the return of the popular 19-day Best of South America itinerary, now starting in Rio with experiences such as a tango and tapas night in Buenos Aires and a farm-to-table lunch in the Sacred Valley. Prices start from $24,195 per person.
More in-depth is the 23-day Best of South America with Belmond Andean Explorer Train, featuring a two-night stay in the World Heritage-listed city of Arequipa and a two-night luxury rail journey through the Peruvian Highlands. It is priced from $34,295pp.
A ‘cooler’ addition to the program is the 15-day Antarctic Voyage, sailing the Antarctic Peninsula aboard Seabourn Venture, priced from $30,995pp, with savings of up to $4800 per couple, available in 2028. See details HERE.
