APT Luxury Travel has released its Australian tours for 2027, the year that it will celebrate 100 years of touring in the destination.

The program features new tours and returning favourites, with departures in all states and travel modes from 4WD and land tours to rail, expedition and river cruising. Arguably, the highlight of the collection is the new 12-day APT Outback Heritage Tour, a one-off departure inspired by an original APT camping tour itinerary, designed to celebrate the centennial.
The 4WD tour ex Alice Springs to Melbourne is said to showcase both Australia and APT’s history with experiences including a Kings Canyon Rim Walk, Uluru’s Field of Light installation and a journey aboard a restored heritage train on the Pichi Richi Railway. Prices start from $12,245pp, with savings of up to $2600 per couple on offer.
