
Agents with clients who have ‘done’ Beverly Hills should urge them to take another look as the neighbourhood is a different city from two years ago, says the precinct’s tourism body.
Love Beverly Hills says that in 2025 alone there was a ‘concentrated wave’ of new dining openings, hotel investments and luxury retail arrivals in the area.
It’s also easier to get there as the LA public transport network’s Purple (D Line) Extension has opened its first Beverly Hills-area station at Wilshire/La Clenega linking central LA, and a Beverly Dr Station will follow in the northern spring.
There are 15 new dining options, while existing favourite sushi restaurant Miura has won a Michelin star. The new eateries include the kosher Malka, Italian restaurants Bad Roman and Sant Ambroeus, Gemma (pictured) and the health-conscious Pura Vida.
New hotels include Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills’ Gemma and Baladi, The Hôtel Lili, One Beverly Hills and Aman Beverly Hills. Other properties have added or improved space with rooftop bars, amenities, lounges and restaurants.
The Spa at the Beverly Wiltshire has opened as have new luxury shops on Rodeo Drive including Bulgari, House of Dior, GEARYS Rolex Boutique and Anita Dongre, with Cartier, Tiffany & Co and Louis Vuitton multi-level flagship boutiques ahead. Keep up to date HERE.
