Ponant and AmaWater ways showcased their Smithsonian Journeys itineraries in Auckland last night for a trade evening of ‘inspiration and golden nuggets’.
Both cruise lines bring ‘world class’ Smithsonian Institute lecturers aboard the cruises, to enhance the discovery of different places and to help elevate the cruise experience for clients—Ama on the rivers, and Ponant on the oceans.
The sailings include exclusive experiences and museum entry.

AmaWater ways’ New Zealand representative Tracey Brennan urged the agents to think outside the square to deliver a ‘once in a lifetime’ cruise experience for their clients.
Ama hosted its first collection of Smithsonian Journeys this year, which Brennan says have been ‘incredibly well received’.
