Momentum is building for Riverside Luxury Cruises, which entered the market earlier this year and appointed country manager ANZ Stewart Williams.
Williams recently attended the CLIA Live Kiwi sessions, and says agents were keen to learn about the product.
“Once I introduced the distinctive qualities that set Riverside Luxury Cruises apart, there was strong genuine interest, with a number of advisers keen to learn more about this truly elevated luxury European river cruising experience,” he adds. The cruise line caters to well-travelled clients seeking an ultra-luxury European river cruise, says Williams. Nightly rates are from around $1350pp.
“This audience is predominantly made up of high-net-worth individuals, many of whom have traditionally enjoyed luxury ocean cruising and are now looking for larger suites, highly personalised butler service, exceptional cuisine, and premium wines.”
Work will continue to get the cruise line in front of agents in New Zealand, including via CLIA Australasia. Williams says this sup ports stronger engagement with the local agent community and provides further opportunities for dedicated European river cruise training, such as the CLIA Live Cruise Specialist Training.
It has also worked, and will continue to do so, with Cruise World, with all New Zealand agency groups able to book via the wholesaler.
Working with Cruise World, says Williams, means the cruise line has someone out on the road visiting agents, providing training and product updates, and presenting at events, with a team in New Zealand to support agents with sales. See more details and the line’s latest offers HERE.
