Riverside Luxury Cruises has released its 2028 season, and its says the debut of new ship Riverside Mahler will allow the cruise line to offer more flexibility and better manage high- and low-water situations.

Riverside Americas ceo Jennifer Halboth says the additional ship also means it can offer more departures on some of its most popular itineraries, and new routes and expanded sailings on the Lower Danube and Dutch Waterways.
In 2028 Riverside Mahler will sail the Rhine, Main and Danube rivers from May, alongside Riverside Debussy, while Riverside Mozart will continue to sail the Upper and Lower Danube, and Riverside Ravel will sail along the Rhône and Saône rivers in France. Season highlights will include Riverside Debussy’s popular spring tulip cruises through the Netherlands and Belgium and its Christmas market voyages on the Rhine, Riverside Mahler’s Christmas sailings on the Danube, and Riverside Mozart’s series of themed sailings, including Riverside Active cycling sailings and Darlings of the Danube golf cruises. There are also new itineraries, including 20 voyages between Budapest and Regensburg, as well as two Dutch Waterways routes and three Lower Danube departures.
