Travelmarvel is reporting increased Kiwi demand for its river cruise product as more travellers look to maximise their time in destination. “It’s a style of travel that delivers comfort and enrichment in equal measure,” says APT Group ceo David Cox.
He says the brand is well placed to the demand and has sailed on Travelmarvel’s new vessel Rigel built for the Rhine, Main and Danube Rivers. It caters to a maximum of 178 passengers, with 89 cabins, an open-air sun deck and jacuzzi, a fine dining restaurant and a bar.
“I think Kiwi travellers will particularly appreciate the spacious suites, welcoming social spaces and relaxed onboard atmosphere,” says Cox. “Combined with access to some of Europe’s most iconic destinations, it delivers strong value and an enjoyable way to travel.” He says APT Group is investing in the brand, including its B Corp certification.
. . . Trade
While new and enhanced product is a focus, so too are the trade. Cox says the group will continue to invest in supporting trade partners through engagement, training and
consumer initiatives. “Supporting our trade partners remains a priority, and we’ll keep creating opportunities for agents to engage with our products throughout the year.”
APT also has consumer events taking place in Sep. See more HERE.
