MSC Cruises is offering new Europe combination voyages, as its md Australia and New Zealand Katrina McAlpine reports increased demand for back-to-back cruises as a way of creating a bigger European holiday.
With the scale of MSC Cruises in Europe, she says the cruise line has ‘an incredible opportunity’ to make that much easier for agents.
“Our presence across the region means we can connect itineraries in ways few other cruise lines can, giving Australian and New Zealand travellers an enormous choice of longer European adventures.”

The first combinations will sail roundtrip ex Southampton aboard MSC Meraviglia, combining itineraries along the Atlantic coast of France, Spain and Portugal with Northern European sailings to Norway and Scandinavia.
The itineraries include a 14-night Grand Atlantic & Nor way, a 14-night Grand Atlantic & Fjords and a 14-night Grand Atlantic & Scandinavia. And this, says McAlpine, is just the beginning for the cruise line.

MSC Cruises has plans to grow this collection, acknowledging an ‘enormous range of potential combinations’ from the Western and Eastern Mediterranean to the Adriatic, Greek Islands, Canary Islands, Atlantic Coast, Baltic and Norwegian fjords.
“Our message is simple: fly to Europe once, stay longer, and let MSC take you further,” says McAlpine.
Bookings are open for the four new combination departures, setting sail 29 May, 12 Jun, 10 Jul and 04 Sep 2027.
