“Our Premium style brings together our most experienced local leaders, handpicked feature stays and carefully curated inclusions, taking the stress out of travel while delivering exceptional and distinct experiences that leverage Intrepid’s extensive global networks.”
The additions follow not only increased demand, but Intrepid research finding that 69% of travellers place greater value on holidays where logistics and day-to-day travel stresses are taken care of.
“With new trips in Greenland, Norway and Costa Rica, and more than 50 new signature experiences added across the range, we’re continuing to raise the bar for what travellers can expect from a Premium adventure.”
The new itineraries, valid for travel from May 2027, include an eight-day Premium Greenland trip, taking in a stay at a remote eco-lodge near the UNESCO-listed Ilulissat Icefjord, and a boat excursion to the Eqi Glacier. There’s also an eight-day Premium Costa Rica-Tortuguero and the Caribbean Coast trip, staying at Tortuga Lodge and with a traditional Afro-Caribbean cooking experience.
Highlighted new signature premium experiences include an after-hours visit to the UNESCO-listed My Son Sanctuary with a researcher and conservationist in Vietnam, and exclusive access to the private workshop of a master Andalusian imagery sculptor in Spain.
