Autumn is arriving in Hong Kong, and there’s a host of events from cultural celebrations to food festivals, to recommend to clients heading to the destination.

In Oct, highlighted happenings include the Hong Kong Cyclothon on 11 Oct, which features 56km and 32km scenic rides and a Cyclothon Carnival in the West Kowloon Cultural District. This is followed by the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 29 Oct-01 Nov, which features more than 300 booths, world-class wines, and live entertainment, as well as exclusive tastings and food and wine pairing experiences.

Hong Kong goes all out for Halloween, with events taking place between Sep and Nov, including cosplay parties on 17 and 24 Oct and a grand finale party on Halloween night, 31 Oct. Halloween-themed experiences can also be found at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort 18 Sep-01 Nov as Disney Villains take over the park, and Ocean Park has a Halloween Fest from 05 Sep-01 Nov.
The tail end of autumn sees the city start getting festive, with Hong Kong’s WinterFest taking place from Nov onwards, including a ‘spectacular’ Christmas Town, light displays across Central, Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay, seasonal shopping and dining experiences, and a New Year Countdown Celebration, complete with fireworks over Victoria Harbour.
