Emirates is showcasing a new fully electric premium economy seat for its Airbus A350, featuring a full-height adjustable privacy screen between passengers.
The seat is among the new features being presented by EK at the Arabian Travel Market in Dubai this week, and is said to add further differentiation to the airline’s premium economy product.

For agents selling EK, the new A350 premium economy product provides another cabin option to consider for clients seeking additional privacy and space without the business class price. The next-gen seat includes preset lounge and meal positions, an adjustable U-Dream leather headrest, wireless charging, USB-C power and a 13.3in 4K HDR screen. Passengers also receive a welcome drink and amenity kit. Meals will be served on Royal Doulton china alongside a speciality beverage selection, adds EK. The A350 is being introduced as part of EK’s ongoing fleet renewal, with the aircraft also featuring the airline’s latest business class and economy class seats.

The airline is also highlighting its existing onboard products, including its iconic A380 shower spa and onboard lounge and the 777 ‘game changer’ first class suite. It is also showcasing its sustainability initiatives including its Bustanica vertical farming operation, conservation projects in Australia’s Wolgan Valley, the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve and EK SkyCargo’s wildlife protection program.
