Brand USA is working to make it easier for agents to sell America in the current climate, with a new toolkit designed to offer ‘clarity and confidence’.

The tourism body acknowledges the travel trade plays a central role in shaping how international audiences understand and prepare for a trip to the US.
The Get Facts. Get Going. toolkit builds on the Get Facts. Get Going initiative which was launched at IPW last month, offering up-to date details on visa and entry policies, fees, and other key aspects of visiting the US.
It also has ready-to-use resources, including approved messaging, creative assets and access to verified sources, helping agents answer client questions confidently.
“Get Facts. Get Going. provides travellers with clear, reliable information, and this new toolkit extends that effort by putting those resources directly into the hands of the industry professionals travellers trust most,” says Brand USA’s svp global markets and chief trade and product development officer Malcolm Smith—who reiterates that the trade is ‘one of our most important partners in inspiring international travel to the US’.
“Together, we can help more visitors feel informed and confident to book the US.”
The platform is built to evolve over time, with more information added as needed, and the guidance is straightforward: keep the focus on travel planning and preparedness, use the approved language wherever possible, correct misperceptions briefly and factually, and direct travellers to official government sources for current requirements.
