Pile’s Role Expands With AsPac Rejig

Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises have restructured their Asia Pacific sales operations as the cruise brands target further growth across the region.

Effective immediately, vp and gm Asia Pacific for Regent Seven Seas Cruises Lisa Pile (pictured) will take on additional responsibility for Oceania Cruises in Asia.

Pile, who has held a variety of roles with Regent since 2016, has extensive experience across Asian luxury travel markets.

The new structure will create a dual-brand sales force across Asia, with Pile supported by three regional leaders.

For the Australasian trade, James Sitters will continue as director of sales Australia & New Zealand for Oceania Cruises. Further afield, Constance Seck has returned to the company as director of sales Southeast Asia for both brands.

Holly Kong becomes director of sales North Asia excluding Japan and Munetoshi Kurihara will continue as general manager Japan over seeing sales for both brands.

The company says the restructure is designed to strengthen relationships with trade partners, provide more tailored support and accelerate growth in Asia Pacific.

The changes come as both brands expand their fleets. Oceania last year launched its eighth ship, Oceania Allura, while Regent is preparing to introduce Seven Seas Prestige in late 2026.

The company identifies Asia Pacific as a key growth market for luxury and ultra-luxury cruising, driven by increasing demand from affluent travellers for premium destinations and experiences.
