Seven Seas Prestige is set to feature Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ largest-ever wellness offering at sea upon its debut this Dec, a move that comes as its president Wesley D’Silva says wellness has become ‘a cornerstone’ of the Regent experience for many guests.

The Serene Spa & Wellness space will have 10 treatment rooms, including an acupuncture room, a medi spa room, and a couple’s treatment room.
There will also be a salon, and a thermal suite with a salt room, saunas, steam rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, aroma room, snow room, experience showers and heated loungers. The cruise line is also expanding the treatments on offer, with signature new experiences including the Around the World Massage, Brazilian Bamboo Massage, and Mediterranean Seaweed Wrap.
The new-look offering will also feature more Medi-Spa offerings, including advanced aesthetic enhancements and skin-tightening.
. . . Biggest At Sea
RSSC says the Serene Spa & Wellness Fitness Centre will be the largest gym in its history, at 558m2. Highlights of this area include Technogym’s new Sand Stone Collection, Mywellness by Technogym, and dedicated areas for yoga, pilates, stretching and cycling classes, as well as dedicated cardio and strength training spaces.
For the fitness fanatic, there’s the Skyview Regent Suite, which will boast Regent’s first-ever private in-suite fitness studio outfitted with a curated selection of Technogym’s most advanced wellness equipment. Seven Seas Prestige’s maiden voyage sails this 13 Dec. See more HERE.
