Air New Zealand advises that the operating flight number and schedule times of its Singapore services have been updated, impacting Auckland and Christchurch routes.
NZ66 CHC-SIN operating 1720 2255 will become NZ64, operating 1705-2240; while SIN-CHC NZ67 operating 0040-1535 will become NZ63, operating 0030-1525. SIN AKL NZ279 operating 0040-1535 will become NZ287 and operate 0030-1525, while AKL-SIN NZ280 operating 1720-2255 will retain its number, though flight times will change to 1705-2240.

The original flight numbers will be UN in the GDS, and the new flight number will show as TK. Agents are asked to update the PNR to confirm the change, check if SSR and OSI’s are updated and inform clients of the flight changes, ensuring e-tickets also reflect the schedule change.
NZ will auto reval 086 tickets for a schedule change if the journey is all on NZ. If this does not happen, then agents must reissue or revali date the ticket. Only 086 tickets on NZ-operated services and NZ coupons affected by the flight changes can be revalidated, using OSI item SKCHG REVAL.
Agents can reissue interline e-tickets and in situations when the changes affect the number of flight coupons, reissue the ticket with NO ADC and use endorsement SKCHG NZ with the affected flight number.
