Royal Caribbean has announced it biggest Australia and New Zealand season ever, with three ships set to sail the region over summer 2027/28
The announcement coincides with yesterday’s New Zealand Cruise Association Conference which saw the agents in attendance highlight the importance of close-to-home cruising options for Kiwis.
The cruise line’s newly amplified Ovation of the Seas will now join Voyager of the Seas in Brisbane, while Anthem of the Seas returns to Sydney, all three offering a combi-nation of two- to 12-night voyages across the region from Oct 2027-Apr 2028.
Gavin Smith, vp and md Australia and New Zealand for Royal Caribbean, says this season is a major milestone for the region. “We’re thrilled to welcome more Royal Caribbean adventures down under, led by Aussie favou-rite Ovation of the Seas (pictured) returning newly amplified and sail-ing from Queensland with more ways to dine, unwind and make memories.”
