NZ: Agents, Have Your Say And Win

As Air New Zealand continues to rebuild its network post pandemic as well as fleet challenges, the carrier says it has taken deliberate steps to consult with the Kiwi retail trade along the way.

Recently this has included everything from re-timing its operational announcements in response to feedback from the chains, as well as increasing agent incentives and famil opportunities.

The carrier is now launching another trade survey to ensure that it has feedback from right across the trade distribution.

“At Air New Zealand, we’re committed to being a strong, reliable partner for the trade,” says Brydie Hill, gm NZ sales. “We’re focused on supporting you with the information, tools and expertise you need to confidently sell our products. Your success is closely linked to ours, and we’re committed to continually improving the experience of selling [NZ] and supporting our mutual customers.”

The carrier says the agent feedback helps it understand what is working well, where it ‘can reduce friction’, and what support would make the most meaningful difference to front-line consultants.

“Since our last survey, we’ve continued to build on your feedback by bringing you bigger and better incentives, expanding our library of training content on duo, improving the way we communicate with you through Wingtips and other trade channels,” says Hill. “We are also continuing to invest in the tools and support that make working with [NZ] simpler and more efficient.”

. . . Be In To Win

Consultants who complete this new trade survey by 10 Aug will be entered into a draw to win a share of $5000 worth of Prezzy cards. The poll takes around 10 minutes to complete ‘and will help shape the improvements we prioritise for our

trade partners over the coming year’, adds NZ. Agents are asked to reflect on their NZ experience over the last six months, including trade support, communications, groups, training, incentives and its Agent Hub as well as some forward-looking questions.
