Suppliers Rally Around Wanderlust

Armed with growing sales and membership, Wanderlust is entering its third year of operation with one goal, ensuring sustainable growth while continuing its now proven level of service and support.

With 65 members from 01 Jul, within two years the group has grown to a solid player within the broker space, and a number of suppliers at this week’s inaugural conference in the Hunter Valley believe they can get further sales growth from Wanderlust.

“I mean that’s why we’re here, right? There are some major pro ducers in the group now, and to say this group is tight-knit is an understatement. But we’re starting to see them leverage off each other, so it’s actually growing the market, not just moving brokers,” says one supplier.

A high number of presenting suppliers also paid tribute to Wanderlust founder Cath McLeod and her ‘small but mighty’ support team. McLeod even won the brand’s APT innovation award.

GTN director Allen Bell summed up the sentiment of those repeated supplier comments during the brand’s inaugural awards.

“I think we can all agree there‘s only one person in this industry that could build such a strong brand in such a short time, with that tenacity—and that’s you Cath…so take a bow.”

 

. . . Reward Trip

Wanderlust will host its first reward trip in 2027. McLeod said she had received several offers from suppliers at the event who were keen to partner up on the initiative.
