Ponant Explorations and polar exploration company Sedna Explore have launched Inuit led voyages in Greenland, where clients can partake in dog sledding, kayaking, ice fishing, ski touring and more.

Sedna co-founder explorer Nicolas Dubreuil says the tailor-made expeditions pay tribute to the environment. “These meetings and activities are the initiative of the Greenlanders, who are fully involved in sharing their way of life.”
. . . Experiences
The voyages feature exclusive activities co-constructed with Inuit com munities. The inhabitants of the village of Kullorsuaq have worked with Sedna to create experiences for those on each voyage, with high lights including a night in a traditional Inuit tent on the sacred site of Nunanutaat following a dogsled trip.
Clients will spend evenings listening to stories and legends passed down by Inuit hunters. A night in a scientific camp is also available alongside researchers working on marine biology, glaciology and climatology. Select experiences require advance booking and extra cost.
