Holland America Line has launched new dedicated booking and 0800 support lines for New Zealand.
The new contact centre is based in Sydney and offers agents expanded support for pricing, availability, group and FIT reservations as well as product and destination enquiries.
HAL says the move follows increased interest from Kiwi agents seeking access to support teams.
“New Zealand is an incredibly important market for both Holland America Line and Seabourn,” says HAL senior director of sales Alex Pikardt. “During my recent visit, it was clear there is strong demand from Kiwi travellers and travel advisors to have more ways to connect with our teams and book their cruise holidays.”
Agents can contact Holland America Line on 0800 543 429 or Seabourn on 0800 543 432. Contact Centre hours are Mon-Fri from 1030 to 2100 and on Sat from 1100 to 1900.

From now, agents are also able to access POLAR Online for both brands and use trade websites for HAL (HERE) and Seabourn (HERE) for training and marketing materials. Agents can still make bookings via their preferred wholesalers, adds HAL.
