Terms and Conditions
Tabs on Travel Ltd retains all intellectual property rights and copyright on any advertising materials written and/or created on clients’ behalf. Such materials cannot be duplicated or reproduced without specific prior approval of the publishers.
Tabs on Travel Ltd reserves the right to refuse any advertising copy which may infringe any commerce or other legislation.
Any production costs or courier charges incurred on an advertiser’s behalf will be recharged.
If advertising copy or material is not received by deadline, the publisher reserves the right to charge fully for the space booked. In the event of material not being supplied by deadline, the last-run material will be repeated (if applic-able). The Cancellation Deadline for advertising already booked is 2 business days prior to the publishing date.
Our daily frequency necessitates that deadlines are strictly adhered to, unless otherwise arranged. Advertisers submitting copy for production after deadline will not automatically receive a proof. In such instances, Tabs on Travel Ltd is unable to take responsibility for any possible errors, even though all care is obviously taken.
Late fees could be incurred if rush production is required to meet deadline.
Invoicing is done weekly and payment is strictly by the 20th of the month following. Casual advertisers, including ad agencies, who are late payers will be moved to a cash-only basis.
Overdue accounts (including those of ad agencies) will be charged interest of 1.5% per month. All normal debt recovery costs shall be paid by the advertiser/ad agency.
All rates shown are nett. Ad agency commissions are not included, but can be added only if arranged prior.
A convenience fee of 2% will apply to all transactions other than subscriptions. This will greatly reduce costs when compared with the high fees banks charge for international electronic transfers.
